Data Collected
- Employee benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plans, and executive-specific offerings
- Salary and wage data: Nonmanagement, management, and including shift differentials and executive compensation, broken down by base and total pay
- Turnover trends: Voluntary, involuntary, retirement turnover, open positions, and incidents of workplace violence
How It Works
IHA sends a survey to member hospital CEOs and human resources contacts on July 1 each year. In October, IHA distributes statewide reports to participating hospitals.
