Iowa Hospital Association Sponsorships and Trade Shows
The 2026 IHA Event Sponsorship Catalog is now available. Use this site to reserve sponsorships or trade show booths. The person completing the reservation will receive coordination details and communication. IHA will follow up on the names of on-site representatives closer to the event date.
How to Reserve:

- If you haven't registered before or need a refresher, this picture guide will show you the registration and checkout process.
- You must agree to the IHA Trade Show and Sponsorship Terms and Conditions.

To attend an event, visit the IHA Events page. If an event isn't listed, registration hasn’t opened yet. Please check back eight to 10 weeks before the event.
2026 Sponsorship and Exhibit Opportunities
Associate Membership
Do business with Iowa hospitals—or want to start? IHA’s Associate Membership is a powerful way to show your support for the hospital community and align your brand with trusted health care partners.
How to Join:
- Complete an Associate Membership Application.
- Sign in or create an account with IHA.
- You’ll receive an annual dues invoice for $1,050. After your dues have been paid, your application will be reviewed by the IHA Board of Officers and Trustees. If your application is not accepted, your dues payment will be refunded in full.
- After your application has been approved, you’ll gain full membership access.
Associate Member Benefits:
- Preferred access to event sponsorship opportunities
- Complimentary registration to attend the IHA Annual Meeting keynotes and breakout sessions, and discounted registration to many other IHA conferences
- Listing and enhanced visibility in the IHA Membership Directory
