ServiShare is the wholly owned shared service corporation of the Iowa Hospital Association. Its primary mission is to provide quality cost effective products and services to IHA members. Those product areas include volume purchasing, insurance and food distribution. ServiShare staff is dedicated to helping IHA members find cost effective, appropriate solutions to their operational challenges. The utilization of ServiShare’s products and services by IHA members provides financial support to all association programs through the generation of commissions and administrative fees paid to ServiShare.

• ServiShare contributes to the financial stability of IHA through the revenue generation of ServiShare products/services and financial success of East Grand Office Park.

•   ServiShare contributed $250,000 to the IHERF Scholarship Fund in 2005 and 2006.

ServiShare Provides $750,000 in Financial Support to IHA Through:

•   Employee expense allocation
•   Sponsorships
•   Cash distributions

East Grand Office Park (EGOP)

•   ServiShare is owner of EGOP partnership, which owns all IHA property/buildings.
•   Long term investment means ongoing cash generation for ServiShare/IHA.

• Partnership in ServiShare products/services helps the hospital and employees to operate efficiently and cost effectively.

• Participation provides significant financial support to IHA, enabling the association to provide value added programs/services to all IHA members.
