That is why they are supporting the Iowa Hospital Education and Research Foundation Health Care Careers Scholarship Fund to help Iowans who want to be the future of health care. This scholarship program offers students as much as $3,000 per academic year, or a maximum of $6,000 over two years. In exchange for that financial support, scholarship-winning students agree to work in an Iowa hospital for one year for each year they receive an award. |
In 2009, the fund awarded $72,000 in scholarships to 24 students!
